Clay/Skeet Shooting

One hallmark of our relationship is trying new things and finding new adventures together. In the spirit of that, let’s go clay shooting! For those of you arriving early, grab your boots and bifocals and join us for a morning of clay shooting. The range is a short 30 minutes from the St. Regis and we’ll be back around lunchtime.

Welcome Party

Join us for the official kick-off to wedding weekend with cocktails on the rooftop and a sit-down dinner at one of our favorite restaurants.

Think elevated mountain glamour with a subtle western twist.
Women: Colorful cocktail attire or elevated summer dresses with cowboy boots, turquoise, or other western-inspired touches
Men: Slacks, a sport coat, and boots
Kindly no denim or black dresses
His/Her Workout
August 8th, 2026
One of the things that we share a passion for is fitness. Although Caitlyn came to enjoy outdoor activities later in life, both she and Joey prioritize fitness and movement and want to share that zeal with our dearest friends. EVEN IF YOU DON’T WANT TO WORKOUT, please plan to join us for an hour Saturday morning. Working out can also be a spectator sport and we want everyone present, if possible. For those who DO want to workout, our dear friends, Brett and Tam Donelson will be leading separate His & Her workouts (Tam has the boys, and Brett has the girls). The workouts will be tailored to your fitness level and capability. This isn’t meant to be hard, it’s meant to be fun! After the workout, stick around for a breakfast burrito and coffee to start the wedding day on the right foot!

Dinner Party (Where We Happen to Get Married)
August 8th, 2026
The dinner party to end all dinner parties! Our intention for this evening is to gather with our closest friends and family (that’s you) for an evening of celebration and connection, where we just so happen to also get married. We’ve rented out our favorite restaurant and have curated an evening to remember. We truly can’t wait to celebrate with you.
